Guys,
![]() How annoying have those small niggles/injuries that have kept you off the pitch this season been to both you and the club? If we want to continue pushing forward with our rugby then we need to aim to stay as injury-free as possible next season.
A great way to do this is to sign up for the Saracens End of Season M.O.T check.
For the price of a usual Physio treatment session (£10), you can come in and have all of your core values measured and analysed, along with having all of your weak areas identified to allow for a tailored strengthening programme for completion in the pre-season.
All of your core values will then be re-measured at the end of the summer season in order to measure improvements.
These tests will be running on Tuesday/Wednesday nights and possibly Thursday nights should there be the demand and you all have until the first week of July to get them done before the official pre-season begins. So get on the phone and contact Brad to book your appointment, it will be £10 well spent!!

Away to Watford RFC last Saturday and with the champagne on ice throughout Easter, Saracens Amateurs played their final match of the season requiring a victory to guarantee the 2nd division title, automatic promotion and back-to-back trophies.
On a warm afternoon more akin with July, the visitors soon made their intentions clear by grounding an eye-catching try in the opening minutes after full-back Jeff Rice dummied and broke clear. 11 further tries followed with 10 of them being successfully converted by Adam Smith, who finished just 1 short of 200 points for the season.
Jeff Rice,Glenn Kirkton and Matt Boyle all notched a brace of trys and a mesmerising display of running rugby resulted in an overwhelming 80-0 win, the second biggest of the campaign for Saracens.
Captain Nick Bird and the coaching and management team were delighted with the performance and now look forward to the more demanding challenge of Herts/Middlesex league division 1.
